Tayloe Berbert

Tayloe Berbert, CFA, serves as the Vice President of Commercial Excellence at Altium Packaging, a position held since July 2015, where responsibilities include enterprise-wide financial and strategic analysis for the commercial organization, focusing on pricing strategy, contract negotiation, financial and strategic analysis for organic growth investments, M&A due diligence and integration, and go-to-market strategy. Prior experience at Altium includes roles as Senior Director of Finance and Director of Finance & Business Development, overseeing financial operations for consumer, industrial, and beverage business units. Previous positions include Business Unit Financial Manager at Novelis, Manager of North America Strategy & Business Development, and roles at INVISTA and J.P. Morgan. Tayloe holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a minor in Science & Technology Policy from the University of Virginia and is currently enrolled in the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School (2023-2024).
