Jerome Vermeylen

Jerome Vermeylen is a Partner within the corporate and M&A team at ALTIUS, where work focuses on cross-border M&A, reorganisations, and corporate as well as banking and finance law issues and disputes since July 2008. Prior to this role, Jerome served as a Senior Associate at ALTIUS from 1997 to 2008 and held the position of Vice-President of the Corporate and M&A Commission at AIJA from September 2014 to August 2017. Jerome holds a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, a DAAD Special Degree in German law from the University of Tübingen and High Court of Düsseldorf, and several other law degrees from institutions including KU Leuven, Queen Mary University of London, University of Antwerp, and University of Amiens.
