Jim Walters is an experienced executive in partner development and business management, currently serving as the GVP of Partner Development at OMNIA Partners since December 2017, where roles have included Vice President and Senior Director. Prior to OMNIA Partners, Jim held the position of Partner & Category Manager at Corporate United, focusing on business development in the Human Resources sector. Jim's earlier experience includes a decade at The Shamrock Companies, culminating as Director of Client Services where responsibilities included driving sales growth across various business units and managing a national client services team. Educational credentials include a BA in Management & Computer Information Systems from Northwood University.
