Teresa Deeney

Teresa Deeney is the Head of Marketing & Communications at Altius Group, where Teresa leads a team of marketing specialists to provide support to sales teams and negotiators. With extensive experience in marketing and business development roles in various companies such as Napthens LLP, PKF Accountants, DWF (Ricksons), Shoosmiths, Baker Tilly, Denner's Ltd, and Prudential Assurance, Teresa has a strong background in implementing marketing strategies, managing teams, and developing client relationships. Teresa is currently pursuing a marketing qualification from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
