Ashleigh Jones

Ashleigh Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashleigh started their career as an Event Staff at Event Workforce Group from an unspecified date in 2011 until an unspecified date in 2014. Ashleigh then worked as a Medical Receptionist at Assure Programs from August 2012 until May 2016. In 2016, they had an internship as a Human Resources Officer at Peet Limited. Ashleigh then joined Optimum Consulting Group as an HR Consultant from February 2017 to April 2018. Ashleigh then worked at Assure Programs again, first as an HR Coordinator/ Associate OD Specialist from April 2018 to April 2019 and then as an HR Coordinator/ Project Manager from December 2018 to April 2019. Ashleigh'snext role was at Altius Group, where they started as a Human Resources Advisor from May 2019 to October 2019, and then progressed to the role of Human Resources Business Partner from October 2019 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Lead People & Culture Partner at Altius Group, starting from June 2022.

Ashleigh Jones completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology Advanced at Monash University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Curtin University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
