Christina Weniger

Christina Weniger has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Christina currently works at Pets Deli as a Business Development Manager Operations, where they are responsible for managing the ISO 9001:2015 re-certification, identifying optimization opportunities for the fulfillment process, evaluating automatization scenarios, and conducting process analysis. Prior to this, they worked at Zentiva as a Teamlead Customer Service, overseeing the customer service team and managing external service providers. Christina also implemented the e-ticketing-system FreshDesk and supported the implementation of the CRM-system ZentriX. Before joining Zentiva, Christina worked at DKB Service GmbH as a Projektcontrolling, and at Ambassade de la République fédérale d‘Allemagne in Finance & Controlling. Christina also has experience in customer service and project management roles at Movianto France, where they managed the customer service team, administered operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and served as a key account manager. Earlier in their career, Christina worked as a Commercial and Administration Director at Börner GmbH, where they led a team and had international responsibilities. Christina also worked as a strategy consultant and coach as a freelancer, and gained experience in human resources at SAP Retail Solutions, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Ford Werke AG through internships.
