Sharon Richens

Sharon Richens possesses over two decades of experience in the fields of physiotherapy, workplace wellness, and injury management. Currently serving as Head of Customer and General Manager of Business Development at Altius Group since March 2019, Sharon has previously held significant roles including Director and Founder of ConceptRehab, where leadership in workplace wellness and occupational rehabilitation was established. Additional roles include BDM and Wellbeing Strategy at Springday Pty Ltd and Wellness Consultant at Happy Body At Work. With a strong foundation in physiotherapy education from the University of Sydney, Sharon has also contributed as Director and Physiotherapist at Framework Group Injury Management and Principal at Young Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Centre, specializing in musculoskeletal injuries.
