Nicole Adshead-Bell

Nicole Adshead-Bell is the current director at Altius Minerals. Nicole has also held positions at First Majestic Silver Corp, Matador Mining Ltd, Altius Minerals Corp, and Cupel Advisory Corp. Adshead-Bell became the CEO and Managing Director of Beadell Resources Ltd in September 2016 and successfully transitioned Tucano to a Brazilian mining contractor, increasing annualized material movement to 30Mt/year in 6 months. Mining costs declined by 35% in 7 months and material movement met then exceeded plan for the first time in Tucano’s operating history. In July 2018, they stepped up into the CEO & Managing Director role to stabilize a troubled corporate situation and led Beadell through transformational asset level improvements before the company was acquired by Great Panther Mining in March 2019.

Nicole Adshead-Bell has a PhD in Structural/Economic Geology from James Cook University. Nicole also has an Honours degree in Structural Geology from James Cook University and a BSc in Geology/Archaeology from James Cook University. Nicole is certified by the CSI in the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct & Practices Handbook Course, and the Partners, Directors & Senior Officers Course (PDO). Nicole is also certified by FINRA in the Series 7 Course.
