Jean mc Carthy

Jean Mc Carthy is an experienced professional in Lean Management and supply chain management, boasting over 30 years of expertise in production manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Altix Consulting since June 2020, Jean specializes in Lean Management. Jean has held several significant roles at Honeywell Process Solutions from February 2011, including Project Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed standardization and redeployment of SAP processes across four global sites, and Manufacturing Functional Implementation Lead, overseeing SAP implementation for manufacturing functions in new deployments.
