Indrayani Chadha

Indrayani Chadha has worked for four companies since 2012. Indrayani started with Alka Joshi's Creative HR Solutions, Pune in 2012 as an Executive in Training & Business Development. In the same year, they joined Blue Orion Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. In 2013, they moved to Experis IT as an IT Recruiter. Since 2014, they have been working with Altizon Inc. in various roles, including Chief of Staff, Manager of Corporate, Manager of Corporate Planning, and Operations Manager. In their role as Operations Manager, they have worked to improve operational systems, processes and policies, manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, and coordinate with vendors and agencies both within India and the USA.

Indrayani Chadha attended S. D. Katariya High School from 2004 to 2009. Indrayani then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from S.P. College from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they completed their MBA HR from Sinhgad College.
