Leigh-Anne Norris

Leigh-Anne Norris currently serves as the Assistant Corporate Secretary at Alto since May 2025, bringing extensive corporate law experience from previous roles such as Senior Associate at Dentons and Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright. Earlier legal experience includes positions at LaBarge Weinstein, Nexen, and various analytical roles at ATCO Group and Solium Capital, which contributed to a strong foundation in governance and corporate secretarial functions. Leigh-Anne holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature with a minor in Economics from the University of Calgary, alongside qualifications as a Barrister and Solicitor from the Law Society of Upper Canada.
