Jane Borden

Jane Borden is an accomplished professional currently serving as Executive Director and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Educational Testing Service since February 2023. With a career at ETS that began in January 1990, Jane has held several key positions including Senior Director of the Office of the Corporate Secretary, Executive Director of P&L Governance, and Executive Director of Quality and Process Management, focusing on process improvement through collaboration with operational units. Additionally, Jane has experience as Director of Process Management and as a Training Consultant and Manager, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training programs for Operations Management and Call Center staff. Jane earned a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising from the University of Delaware from 1985 to 1988.
