Sergio Gonzalez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as Director General at ALTO since October 2023. Previously, Sergio held the position of HBT Latin America VP General Manager at Honeywell, delivering 10 consecutive quarters of growth and enhancing team performance through a collaborative approach. Prior to Honeywell, Sergio spent nearly two decades at 3M in various leadership capacities, managing significant sales portfolios and successfully executing strategic initiatives that improved cash flow and market positioning. Sergio's educational background includes an MBA in Business & Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana, along with advanced training in Business Administration from IPADE Business School.
