Josh Jordan

Josh Jordan has extensive work experience in the field of research and academia. Josh currently holds the position of Principal Research Scientist at Alto Neuroscience since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist at the same company.

Before joining Alto Neuroscience, Josh worked as an Assistant Professor at Dominican University of California from August 2020 to June 2022. Josh also served as a Research Health Scientist Specialist at SAN FRANCISCO VA MEDICAL CENTER from August 2021 to March 2022.

Josh's previous roles include working as a Consulting Biostatistician at Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience from August 2020 to December 2021, and as a Research Analyst at Stanford University School of Medicine until April 2021.

Josh also worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar at University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine from 2019 to August 2020, and as a Clinical Psychology Fellow at UCSF Medical Center from June 2017 to August 2020.

In addition, Josh has experience as a Staff Research Associate at Veterans Affair Medical Center from July 2015 to June 2016, and as a Practicum Student at El Camino Hospital, Older Adults Transitions Services from June 2015 to June 2016.

Josh'searliest work experience includes serving as an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator at UCSF from February 2014 to June 2016, where they were involved in managing databases, participant management, and providing technical support for a randomized clinical trial with mobile mental health applications.
