Nandha Ram

Nandha Ram is an experienced supply chain and sourcing professional with a strong background in global supply chain management and sourcing operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Supply Chain for Asia at Alto-Shaam, Inc. since February 2024, Nandha previously held significant roles including Head of Global Sourcing for Ingersoll Rand's Precision Science & Technology Business, where responsibilities included spearheading the IPO for the global sourcing function. Additional experiences include Group Sourcing Manager at Mersen, Assistant Manager of Global Supply Management at Stanley Black & Decker, and roles at Ashok Leyland and Sundram Fasteners. Nandha holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
