Jimmie Hernandez

Jimmie Hernandez, LPQ, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at ALTO USA since February 2022, Jimmie leads cross-market support for crime and public safety solutions, collaborating with law enforcement and community groups. Jimmie has been an Adjunct Professor at John Jay College since August 2012, teaching various undergraduate Criminal Justice courses. Prior roles include GSSC Supervisor at The TJX Companies, Inc., and a Lieutenant at the New York City Police Department, where Jimmie commanded teams and led crime prevention initiatives. Additional experience includes private security contracting for Apple, Inc., and security services at OCS Security Inc. Jimmie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in NYPD Leadership Program from John Jay College, with ongoing pursuit of an MBA.
