Ajay Khatri

Ajay Khatri is an advisor at Alto. Ajay was previously with Verb Surgical Inc., where they were part of the founding team and interim head of finance. Ajay has also worked with Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC, where they led transactions in equity, spinoffs, new company creations, restructurings, and secondary sales.

Ajay Khatri has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ajay has also completed executive education programs in BioDesign and Negotiations at Stanford University and The Wharton School, respectively.
