Katharina Elsner

Katharina Elsner, MBA, serves as General Counsel at altona Diagnostics since August 2022, advising the company on a wide range of legal matters with a focus on contract preparation, review, negotiation of national and international agreements, data protection issues, and compliance guidelines training. Prior to this role, Katharina was employed at TUTECH INNOVATION GMBH from April 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Legal Counsel, authorized signatory, and a member of the management, facilitating connections between science, industry, and society to create sustainable value through the application of research and inventions. Katharina also held the position of Legal Advisor at Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein from August 2010 to March 2016. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Certified Compliance Officer designation from Bucerius Law School.
