Raquel Ramos

Raquel Ramos currently serves as the VP of Customer Success & Experience at AltoQi since March 2023 and has also been a professor at MBA SEDA Executive Education since August 2022. Prior to their current roles, Raquel held positions at Porter Group as Head of Customer Success & Experience and Head of Customer Success from April 2021 to March 2023, and worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Sales Hackers from July 2021 to November 2022. Raquel began their career in customer success at Mobiliza, progressing from Customer Success Analyst to Customer Success Coordinator from August 2018 to April 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Russian Translator at SearchInform and Guest Relations at Belmond Copacabana Palace. Raquel holds a Master’s degree in Conflictology and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both obtained from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
