Yasmin Silva

Yasmin Silva is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management, data protection, and corporate law. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at AltoQi since October 2023, Yasmin also holds a position with ACC Brasil, dedicated to promoting the interests of corporate lawyers in Brazil. Previously, Yasmin was a partner and Head of Contracts at Silva Schütz Advogados, where responsibilities included governance and contract management for over 100 companies. With prior roles as a partner and attorney at Telini & Falk Advogados Associados, and internships at the Ministério Público de Santa Catarina and Tribunal de Justiça de Santa Catarina, Yasmin has developed a robust background in both contentious and consultative legal matters. Yasmin holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including in Digital Law and Data Protection, as well as Public Advocacy.
