Jody Lynn Sneed has extensive work experience in customer service and customer experience roles. Jody Lynn is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at Altor Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Sneed Consulting Group as a CX Strategist, where they provided strategic solutions to enhance the customer experience. Jody Lynn also held the position of Director of Customer Care at Alpha Packaging, where they were responsible for overseeing customer care operations. Jody has a strong background in customer experience management, as evidenced by their role as Director of Customer Experience - Americas at Kennametal. Jody Lynn has also held leadership positions at Aearo Technologies and Master Lock Company, where they managed customer service departments and implemented various systems and training programs. Before entering these roles, Jody served as a Customer Service Manager at H B IVES.
Jody Lynn Sneed completed their Bachelors of Arts in History at Marquette University from 1974 to 1978. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
