Krista Way

Krista Way has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Krista has held various leadership positions, including serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Altor Solutions, Vice President of Finance at Watlow, Vice President of Finance at Alpha Packaging, and Director of Global Operations Analysis and Decision Support at ESAB. In these roles, they have provided vision and leadership for financial teams, directed accounting functions, and advised senior management on financial matters such as revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation. Krista has also led teams, managed financial analysts and specialists, and implemented processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Krista has a strong background in financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial audits. Prior to their leadership roles, Krista gained experience in accounting and auditing at companies such as Victor Technologies International, Flextronics, Solectron, and Sedgwick, Inc. Krista holds expertise in areas such as intercompany accounting, payroll and benefits processing, balance sheet integrity, and revenue reconciliation.

Krista Way attended The University of Memphis from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
