Tracy Laxton has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Tracy is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ALTOR Solutions, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to their current role, Tracy worked as a Strategic Human Resources Consultant at SunCoke Energy from October 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the SVP of Human Resources at Alpha Packaging from April 2018 to November 2021. Tracy also has experience at SunCoke Energy, where they worked as the Director of Employee & Labor Relations from February 2009 to April 2018. Tracy started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Magna International, where they worked from March 2005 to February 2009.
Tracy Laxton holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Webster University. Tracy also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Eastern Kentucky University, with a double major in Management and Transportation and Logistics. Tracy has an additional certification as a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
