Gabrielle Hodgson

Gabrielle Hodgson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. As a Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel at Altos Labs since July 2025, Gabrielle has focused on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and strategic collaborations. Prior to this role, Gabrielle worked as an Associate at White & Case LLP from October 2016 to July 2025, assisting clients with technology-related transactions and compliance. Gabrielle began the legal career as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2015. Academically, Gabrielle holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Honors Physics with a minor in English Literature from The University of British Columbia.
