Shinichiro Hayashi

Shinichiro Hayashi is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Legal Counsel and section manager at Nikon since April 2023, focusing on contracts, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and various legal matters. Prior to Nikon, Shinichiro was a Senior Legal Counsel and vice-department manager for business continuity planning at Rakuten Mobile, Inc., where contributions included founding the Legal Department.
