Jocelyn Chapman

Jocelyn Chapman is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as Executive Assistant II in the Institute of Science at Altos Labs since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jocelyn worked at CARGO Therapeutics as Executive Administrative Business Partner to the President/CEO and COO/CFO from June 2022 to April 2025. Jocelyn’s career also includes a lengthy tenure at Genentech, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Management Associate to various management roles in Product Strategy and Customer Operations from December 2009 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Associate at Tout About Toys, Inc. Jocelyn holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from San Francisco State University.
