Jimmy Elam possesses extensive experience in sales and account management within the outdoor and performance sectors. Currently serving as an Altra Inside Sales Representative at Altra Running since March 2021, Jimmy manages account relationships and meets sales objectives for the Utah/Wyoming territories. Prior to this role, Jimmy worked as a Sales Representative at Alpin Sales and as a Customer Account Manager at Backcountry.com, where skills in customer relations and team leadership were developed. Early career experiences include wilderness guiding and instructing at organizations such as Sierra Mountain Center and New Vision Wilderness, combined with a background in writing for OutdoorGearLab. Jimmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
