David Saxon

David Saxon has had a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career as a Quantity Surveyor at HCD before moving on to work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Commercial Manager at Hertel. David then became a Commercial & Contracts Manager at Madina WLL and later joined SNC-Lavalin as a Project Control Manager and Business Manager. After that, they became a Corporate Commercial & Contracts Manager at SAROOJ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LLC, where they were responsible for commercial and contracts management. David then worked at Worley as a Senior Commercial and Contracts Manager before joining ALTRAD as a Commercial and Contracts Director. Throughout their career, David has been involved in various aspects of project management, procurement, subcontracting, risk management, cost control, and invoicing. David has also gained experience in developing procedures and implementing strategies to ensure compliance and minimize commercial risk for companies. David's work experience demonstrates their expertise in commercial and contracts management in the construction and engineering industry.

David Saxon obtained an Advanced National Diploma in Construction from Warrington Collegiate in 2004. David then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, completing it in 2009. David went on to earn a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Practice from The University of Salford between 2015 and 2017. In the same year, they became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). David later enrolled in Alliance Manchester Business School and completed a Global MBA in Business Administration and Management between 2019 and 2022. Additionally, David obtained membership in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) in 2017.
