Ran Oren is the Group CEO at Altrad. Ran was previously the Group General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Altrad from February 2016 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Clyde & Co LLP from October 2007 to July 2008, advising corporate and institutional clients on corporate, finance, M&A and joint venture transactions. Ran was also a Partner at Flint Bishop LLP from January 2005 to February 2016, where they specialized in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, partnerships and joint ventures. Ran began their career as a Solicitor at Eversheds from September 2000 to January 2005, where they acted for public and private companies, investors and institutional banks.
Ran Oren has a LLB from the University of Birmingham. Ran also attended the International School of Brussels and the British School of Brussels.
