Currently serving as Business Unit Director at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics, Matt has held roles such as Director of Operations at ECITB, Site Manager at Altrad, and Head of Workforce Development at Cape plc. With a strong educational background including a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and various certifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Alongside their professional roles, Matt also founded Electrical Inspection Services and worked as a Lecturer in Electrical Installation at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
