Paul Lloyd

Paul Lloyd is the Chief Digital Officer and Head of Digital Transformation at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Cape plc, including Change & Training Programme Manager and Head of Learning, Competence and Talent. Paul also has experience at the Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence and Ford Motor Company, where Paul served as Training Manager and Ford Motor Company Training Account Manager. Paul holds a MSc in Strategic Training & Development from the University of Roehampton and various degrees in Learning and Development from the University of East London.
