Oshin Jawharkar

Oshin Jawharkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst at ALTRES Technologies India since January 2021, Oshin is focused on driving operational efficiency and process improvements while delivering sustainable solutions to enhance business performance. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and Associate at Leap Beyond Academy, where responsibilities included training and development of students across various skills. As a Training and Content Manager at SkillSphere Education, Oshin conducted numerous educational workshops throughout India. Oshin’s career commenced with an HR internship at Plant Business Support Services India, where assistance was provided in compensation benchmarking. Oshin holds a PGDM in Training and Development from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, alongside dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai and Vivekanand Education Society's College, respectively, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramnarain Ruia College.
