Gabriel Sousa is an experienced executive leader in innovation and technological development, currently serving as the Executive Director for Innovation and Technological Development at Altri SGPS since May 2018. Previously, Gabriel held various roles at AFRY (Pöyry Management Consulting) from 2012 to 2018, including Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed project management and operational excellence across multiple sectors in Europe and Asia. Earlier experience includes project management at The Navigator Company focusing on pulp and paper industrial processes and a training role at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics. Gabriel holds an Executive MBA from Porto Business School, a Master’s in Pulp and Paper Engineering from Universidade da Beira Interior, and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Universidade do Porto.
