Debasish Pradhan

Debasish Pradhan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and research & development within the medical devices sector. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation & IP and G.M. R&D at Biorad Medisys Pvt Ltd since January 2019, Debasish leads innovation and new product development across various medical domains, including Orthopaedic, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, and Cardiology. Previously, Debasish held the position of Director at Faberz Technologies Pvt. Ltd., focusing on product design and development, and worked as a consultant in R&D for medical devices. Earlier roles include Director R&D at Veol Medical Technologies and Sr Design Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, where Debasish contributed to product design and development. Debasish holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Utkal University.
