Pedro Baptista has a strong background in operations and maintenance management within the pulp and paper industry. With experience in companies such as Altri Group, GreenVolt - Energias Renováveis, and SUZANO, Pedro has held roles such as Operations Director, Head of Technical Department, and Mill Manager. Pedro has also managed significant projects and implemented maintenance strategies in various roles throughout their career. Pedro is currently pursuing further education at Columbia Business School and ISEG - Executive Education.
