Kesia Hobbs

Kesia Hobbs, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and intelligence analysis. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Altria since August 2018, Kesia has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Specialist in SE Submissions Strategy and Compliance Systems Analyst within Regulatory Affairs. Prior to Altria, Kesia worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the FBI in the Terrorist Financing Operations Unit of the Counterterrorism Division from January 2017 to August 2018. Kesia's earlier experience includes an accounting role at the City of Richmond and a position as a Specialist and Trainer at General Dynamics Information Technology. Kesia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. An Advanced Study Diploma was earned from Prince Edward County High School.
