Steve Ruocco is a seasoned flavorist with extensive experience in the flavor industry. They began their career as a Lab Technician at Firmenich from 1985 to 1989 and held various roles including Junior Flavor Chemist at International Flavors & Fragrances, Flavor Chemist at Fritzsche Dodge and Olcott, and Senior Flavor Chemist at Sanofi Bio Industries. From 1995 to 2016, Ruocco served as a Master Flavor Chemist at McCormick & Company. Most recently, they held the position of Principal Scientist at Altria from 2016 to 2022, and they were the Director of Research & Development at Tobacco Technology, Inc. from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Ruocco operates as a Principal Flavorist.
