Timothy-Paul Murphy

Timothy-Paul Murphy currently serves as a Manager in Technology Transformation Services and Channel Innovation at Altria since October 2022. Prior to this, Timothy-Paul held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression from January 2017 to October 2022, focusing on free speech and individual rights. Timothy-Paul also worked as Communications Manager at Americans for Safe Access in 2016, advocating for legal access to cannabis. Earlier experience includes a Communications Fellowship at the Charles Koch Institute and a Development Coordinator role at the Marijuana Policy Project, promoting progressive marijuana policies. Timothy-Paul began his career as a Clerk at Blank Rome LLP and served as a Senior Campus Representative at Apple. Tim’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and History from William & Mary and an Advanced Diploma from Riverbend High School.
