Brittney Wilson has held various roles in the customer service and marketing industries since 2014. Brittney began their career as a Customer Success Advocate at Intelex Technologies ULC, where they were later promoted to Customer Success Manager and Business Planning Manager. Brittney also served as a Corporate Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist at Intelex Technologies ULC. In 2020, Brittney moved to Litera, where they held the role of Customer Value Planning Manager. Brittney is currently a Director of Customer Experience at Altrio, a position they have held since 2022.
Brittney Wilson completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Ottawa between 2007 and 2011. In 2016-2017, they attended the University of Toronto for a Foundations of Project Management course. In 2018, they obtained their Scrum Fundamentals Certified and Scrum Master Certified from SCRUMstudy. In 2019, they obtained their Mental Health First Aid certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada. In 2020, they obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER. In 2021, they obtained their Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER.
