Josh Hechtman

Josh Hechtman has held a variety of roles in the real estate investment market. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President, Enterprise Accounts at Altrio, a leading provider of software and data solutions. Their role includes account executive duties, helping investors and lenders harness proprietary data and process automation. Previously, Hechtman worked at Beacon Capital Partners from 2012 to 2013, starting as an intern and progressing to Acquisitions Associate, Senior Acquisitions Analyst, and Acquisitions Analyst. In 2011, they worked as a Development Intern at the Corporation for Independent Living (CIL).

Josh Hechtman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont between 2009 and 2013.
