Taurek Kamal

Taurek Kamal is a seasoned software engineer and project manager with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer and Project Manager at Altron, Inc. since April 2010, Taurek has been integral to projects such as UnifyRT Hive/Army and the Payload Control System for the Navy as part of Progeny Systems. Previous roles at Progeny Systems and General Dynamics Mission Systems included contributions to the Submarine Reliability Management System and Relocatable System Services. Earlier experience at Blue Ridge Networks involved various engineering and operations support positions. Taurek holds a B.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University and an A.S. in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
