Sibongiseni Khumalo has a strong background in IT support and service desk management. They began their career in 2007 as an IT Support Technician at Phumelela Gaming and Lesuire Ltd, where they provided technical assistance to clients. In 2013, they joined Bytes Technology Group as a Helpdesk Support Technician, where they resolved customer issues and escalated complex problems. They then moved to Bytes Systems Integration in 2016, working in Incident Management until 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Altron. Sibongiseni's experience includes troubleshooting computer hardware, network connectivity, and software applications, as well as handling user account administration.

Sibongiseni Khumalo completed their high school education at Tulip Secondary School from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they obtained a certification in Information Technology from IIE Rosebank College. They later earned a certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Information Technology from IIE Rosebank College from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, Sibongiseni completed their studies at IIE Rosebank College with a degree in Information Technology. Continuing their education, they pursued a Microsoft Certified IT Professional degree in Information Technology at CTU Training Solutions in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Sibongiseni also holds additional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Windows Server 2003 (MCSE) from IIE Rosebank College and ITIL Foundation from ITIL Certified.
