Mary Ann Gratol

Mary Ann Gratol has over 20 years of work experience. Mary Ann began their career in 1996 as a Marketing Manager at CMI, a leading design-build HVAC contractor in the nation. In 2004, they joined El Cerrito Preschool Cooperative as a Board of Directors, Marketing, where they partnered with the enrollment team to provide strategic marketing efforts. In 2007, Mary Ann became an Executive Assistant at SKOW, an agile, dynamic, results-driven marketing and advertising agency. In 2009, they moved to W2O Group as an Executive Assistant, where they provided executive support for the President and Chief Creative Officer. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO & General Manager | Office Manager at Mortar, and also as a Temporary | Freelance Executive Assistant. In 2015, they joined Nutiva as an Executive Assistant to the COO & CFO. From 2017 to 2021, Mary Ann worked as an Executive Assistant to the Founder + CEO at Real Chemistry, and most recently at AltruBio Inc. as an Executive Assistant to Dr. Judy Chou, President & Chief Executive Officer.

Mary Ann Gratol obtained a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Mary Ann also holds an HR Management Certificate from San Francisco State Extended Learning.
