Pintu Malviya is an experienced professional with over 4 years in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, currently serving as a Team Leader at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Pintu held a similar position at Instaconnects (KNB Wealth Solution Pvt. Ltd.) from June 2018 to August 2021. Pintu possesses strong expertise in sales, team management, shrinkage and attrition control, target achievement, and quality assurance.
