Rajmohan Pillai

RajMohan Pillai is an experienced sales and growth leader with a robust background in digital media, marketing, and business strategy. Currently serving as the Group Sales Director at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since January 2024, RajMohan heads sales and revenue growth across diverse business entities. Previously, as Chief Growth Officer at Tonic Worldwide from March 2021 to July 2023, RajMohan implemented growth strategies that resulted in a 3X increase in revenues. RajMohan founded Leadstart Consulting FZE LLC, helping medium-sized organizations achieve their strategic goals from 2012 to 2021. Other notable positions include Head of Mobility Solutions at Emitac Mobile Solutions, Global Marketing Manager at Nokia UK, and various leadership roles in Mobile2win, Nimbus Communications, and Chitralekha Group, among others.
