Radhey Shyam Garg

Radhey Shyam Garg is an experienced financial executive who has spent their career in housing finance. Radhey is currently an independent director at Altum Credo, and they previously served as an executive director at the National Housing Bank. In this role, Garg was responsible for the regulation and supervision of housing finance companies, resource mobilization and management, refinance and project finance, legal matters, and accounting. Radhey also served as the chief grievance redressal officer, chief liaison officer for SC/ST matters, and transparency officer under the RTI Act. Garg has been widely recognized for their work in the growth of housing finance and housing finance companies in the country. Radhey has performed pioneering work in the areas of securitization of residential mortgages, mortgage guarantees, reverse mortgage loans, and recovery of housing loans. Radhey is also an expert in the negotiation and documentation of foreign borrowers and has travelled extensively both in India and abroad.
