Mahesh Konduru has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mahesh is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Technologies since February 2023. Previously, they held multiple roles at ProSep, a global energy services company focused on water treatment and chemical efficiency. Mahesh served as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer from January 2017 to March 2023, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations from August 2015 to December 2016, and Chief Financial Officer from September 2013 to July 2015. Prior to ProSep, they worked as a Board Observer at Electro-Petroleum, Inc from July 2011 to August 2013 and as a Principal at Potomac Energy Fund from June 2011 to August 2013. Mahesh also has experience in the public sector, having worked as an Associate at the U.S. Department of Energy from August 2010 to May 2011. Their responsibilities included transactional experience in large-scale solar PV power generation projects. Mahesh's earlier experience includes roles as a Summer Associate and Consultant at Braemar Energy Ventures from June 2009 to June 2010, Winter Intern at Lux Capital in January 2009, and Technical Program Manager and Product Development Scientist at Johnson Matthey from May 2005 to July 2008. Mahesh began their career as an Associate Researcher at IRC-CNRS in Lyon, France from May 2003 to September 2004 and as a Senior Research Engineer at CeraMem Corporation from July 2001 to April 2003.
Mahesh Konduru holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from MIT Sloan School of Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Mahesh completed their undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they attended Little Flower Junior College, Hyderabad for their high school education, specializing in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry), from 1989 to 1991.
