Anupraba Thillainayagam has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Anupraba started their career in 2011 at Planman HR Pvt Ltd, where they worked as an HR Client Engagement professional until 2013. Anupraba then joined Teamware Solutions, a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt. Ltd, as a Talent Acquisition Executive from 2013 to 2014.

In 2020, Anupraba Thillainayagam worked as a Human Resources Executive at Master's Millenium School, where they handled HR responsibilities until 2021. Anupraba then transitioned to a role as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Pixelcode Technologies from 2021 to 2021.

Continuing their career, Anupraba Thillainayagam worked as a Customer Advisor at Capita from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Trainee Client Accountant at Altum Group, starting from September 2022.
