John Perestrelo

John Perestrelo has extensive experience in the real estate industry. John started their career at Elian Global in 2008, where they worked as an Administrator to Senior Administrator until 2013. John then joined SANNE, where they held various roles including Real Estate Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, and Director of Real Estate from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Altum Group as the Head of Real Estate.

John Perestrelo began their education in 2002 at the University of Central Lancashire, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Modern languages in 2006. In 2004, they briefly attended Universidad de Murcia, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study there. At some point in their education, John also obtained a qualification as a Chartered Governance Professional from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, although the specific dates are unknown.
