Dave Charland

Dave Charland is the Founder of Altura Innovation, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Dave served as an Executive Advisor focusing on Strategic Partnerships at Blu Banyan from October 2021 to March 2024. Dave's experience also includes a role as VP of Product Management at MSI Data, where responsibilities encompassed the strategy and execution of product-related activities from July 2020 to August 2021. At MSI Data from April 2016 to July 2020, Dave held dual titles of Director of Product Management and Director of Technical Services and Customer Care, overseeing Technical Professional Services and Customer Support. In earlier roles, Dave functioned as a Technical Software Implementation Manager at MSI Data and as an Engagement Manager at Corvisa, specializing in SaaS Contact Center Software implementation. Educational qualifications include certifications from Celigo and the Pragmatic Institute, along with business analysis training from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
